Third times the charm for delivery

I have not had the opportunity to try the mattress yet. It was schedule for delivery and despite waiting, they did not show up. Very difficult to reach anyone who knew what was going on. I had to leave so rescheduled and had my niece there to accept delivery, she wasted all afternoon and again they did not show up. I was getting ready to cancel the order but gave them one more chance again asking my niece who lives in Folsom to accept delivery and she did. The salesperson who helped me was as frustrated as I was. It was impossible to get to anyone who knew what was going. I hope the mattress is as nice as the one I tried in the store, but at this point, I still have not tried it. Your products are nice and the actual delivery people were nice but your communication methods are not and customer service was not helpful at all. It is not possible to give a product rating at this time.
