Horrible Service

Ordered a king with adjustable platform takes two twin platforms. Only one platform delivered. After multiple calls to the Parks at Arlington location & being promised that they would call back by department & customer svc mgr & no call. I made another call. Finally a sales person answered & I asked to speak to the manager. He said she would call back & I asked to just be out on hold. The department manager picked up an hour & two minutes later. We were told by the department manager that they would try to get the second platform expedited & she would call on Monday with an update. No update. The original delivery was on a Saturday. The second platform arrived the following Friday after the delivery window. The delivery was done by a third party contractor who showed up without all their tools. I was asked if I wanted the platform in the house. They never put a platform together and proceeded to leave without putting the mattress on the bed. 82 & 76 yo slept 6 nights on the floor
