Be Careful

be very careful when you receive this mattress or any from Macy's. I ordered the 14 in but they gave me a 12in mattress. This mattress is not comfortable at all.

Sadly, more uncomfortable and more pain than before.

I loved the idea of the cooling feature of this mattress. Unfortunately to have the 10 year warranty you have to purchase a mattress encasement which covers the entire mattress. This defeats the cooling part of the mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back, hip and leg pain worse than with our old mattress. Laying on the back, side or stomach doesn't make a difference, some body part is going to hurt. I wake up during the night with my hip hurting and have to get up for a while. I really wish I didn't have the delivery people take our old mattress away.
