    Comfy Mattress

    This mattress is prefect. Not too soft or firm. I was afraid it’d be too firm but it’s not. It’s just right.

    Center of bed caves in

    I initally loved this bed. Unfortunately within the first year it is now caved in the middle so I am purchasing another mattress and I now have to climb out of the bed.

    mattress is sinking

    A little too low

    Bought this for my son and have not yet seen it. The pictures he sent me look like the mattress is a bit low. However, if I had bought the standard box spring it would have been a little high. Also, a dust ruffle will not fit with the Low Profile Box Spring. I guess we'll keep it though.

    Great mattress and delivery

    Great mattress and delivered with such good care. I was already to vacuum when the old mattress was removed and they insisted on doing that too!

    The mattress has sunken on one side already. It was delivered the Friday after Thanksgiving and it's only been 1 month!!!! I have been a Macy's shopper for 40 years n products aren't the same. Will be contacting customer service
