Poor service

I received my traveling sing bag which is nice but .i had order other purchase at the same time. That was 2 weeks ago I'm going on vacation and have not received my orders.

Loved the color, but this product is defective

Super disappointing - the drawstring was detached when I got it in the mail. Poorly made. Sizing is not the issue, I was able to fit a large water bottle (I think it was 24oz) along with multiple other items - keys, phone, wallet, chargers, etc. It would have been perfect if it wasn’t defective. I ordered a second one and it was just as bad. The backpack straps on one side are backwards. COME ON!
