Very poor quality

If it didn’t have brack areas where Fukushima had worn off inside the kettle

Broken

This was the worst purchase I ever received. The enamel was missing on one side of the kettle. The little black piece on the top is broken. This item should never have been sold. I was going to give as gift, but after opening it would have been the worst gift I ever gave. You guys need to get a quality control department. I am very, very, very unhappy about this purchase. I will be sending it to the garbage and looking for a replacement somewhere else.

Waste of money!

Could have used stronger material to make the kettle. Upon opening pieces of the handle broke off.

Whimsical looking

Absolutely looks amazing on top of the stove, but enamel is definitely not heavy duty. Have enameled cookware that has been used for over 2 decades with no chips. The lid's enamel was already chipped on the inside when I opened my box and I had to use another lid from an old teapot.

Really cute, but does not whistle. Not hat big of a problem, but was listed as a whistling tea pot.

My kettle ship with broken handle .

I received Kettle yesterdays, I opened box , It was broken handle . I take photo send email to customer service . But I don't have any resolve it yet. I still waiting some of part of order not yet ship . Hope Macys don't not ship bad product for me again .
