do not buy

I ordered this on Jan 21 and it was not delivered until March 19th. It was not until I called Macys that I was told how long the order would take. When delivered one of the zippers that keeps the cushion in place is broken. Absolutely not worth it. I will not order furniture from Macys again.

Never again

Ordered December 16, it’s now January 30 and there is no timeline or follow up as to the delivery. Customer service and the chat feature is non-existent.

Availability and delivery not as listed.

Availability & Delivery estimated to be 1-2 weeks, will actually be over 2 months. We still have never seen the product. Very disappointed.
