Bad mattress

It's too bad I have problems with my back as a result of this mattress, at first it feels good, but then your body sinks giving bad posture to my spine

Got this mattress last Friday, first I will start with the delivery service I received from Hector was excellent. He and his partner were prompt, polite, and professional. Now I didn’t realize I needed a new mattress until now. It is very comfortable. Thank Macy for the sale and for delivery service gentleman Hector and his partner.

I was hoping for great…

I was hoping for great…at a great price. Unfortunately, I have found this to be a mediocre mattress. The main drawback for this mattress is very poor edge support. Is it good for the money I paid? Maybe. But I can’t recommend it, unfortunately.

Do not Purchase Online

I've always purchased my mattresses from Macys but this is my first time doing so online only because I've been busy with school and work and could not make it to a store. I purchased the 13 in Brecon Firm mattress and was sent a returned 11 in mattress. I know this because RETURN was written on the back of it. I promptly contacted customer service who informed me they would send the replacement. On the day of the second delivery, I received the SAME WRONG mattress. I informed the delivery men who were the same who delivered the first mattress and they agreed that it was the same mattress and told me I should contact Macys. I did so and explained to the agent the situation and was informed the warehouse would contact me for next steps. It has since been one month and no updates on how Macys plans on rectifying the issue. I missed a day of work to accommodate these deliveries only to constantly receive the wrong mattresses and no assistance from Macys on the matter. 0/10 experience.

I was told this was a firm mattress. I have only had a it a few weeks and it already sags in the middle.
