This mattress is advertised as “plush”. But it is very firm. I can’t lay on my side for very long before my hip starts hurting. I had to buy a mattress topper to make it comfortable enough to sleep on. Also, there were no delivery options. I came home and it had been delivered in the mailroom area. I had to lug it up a flight of stairs on my own. Talk about a sore back and needing a comfortable mattress. I will never purchase a mattress from Macys website again. And will never trust reviews again either!

Best Night’s Sleep - Worth the Buy!
Wow! This mattress is SO comfy! It arrived in a box and filled out in less than 24 hours. It did not have a smell to it and fit the space perfectly. The pillow top is beyond comfy. It is well made and holds up to even our kiddos jumping on it! We are using it in our camper and even during the hot nights, the material breathes and stays cool. Definitely worth the buy!

Feels like the best mattress you’ll ever sleep on!
The Serta Five Star Mattress in a Box is AMAZING. First of all, it came vacuum-sealed in a box all rolled up. It was really easy for me to open up and put onto my bed frame by myself. After cutting the wrap off and laying it out, it was fully expanded in short minutes. In terms of the comfort, I can genuinely say that is is one of the best mattresses I’ve slept on. On a previous mattress, I would get home after a long shift and wake up with hip and low back pain. I have had ZERO aches or pains after sleeping on this mattress. The pillow-top is reeeeally nice, soft and plush. There is plenty of support and it still manages to contour to your body. Lastly, as a hot sleeper, the fabric is made to promote airflow and heat dissipation, and I can say that I completely agree with that claim. This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in years!!

If you think you don't like it- give it a week!
I like that this mattress comes in a box—it’s easy to move, though I’d still recommend two people to carry it. It was very simple to unpack and set up. When I first laid on the mattress, I thought I’d love it right away but the first few mornings, I woke with some hip pain. Thankfully, after about 5–6 days, my body adjusted, and now I sleep pretty well. If it doesn't immediately feel great, give it a little time.

Comfortable and affordable
I was a little skeptical about getting a bed in a box. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! It takes a full 24 hours to completely get to its size. It was fun to see it come out of the box and expand! It is firm, which normally I do not like, but it seems to be more comfortable than others, and I don’t wake up with a sore back. Perfect addition to our lake cabin, so glad we went this way!

We LOVE this mattress!

Great
First of all, never had a bed delivered rolled up. That was a fun experience! The bed itself is soft and comfortable. Plush top over springs which gives some support while making it comfortable. Easy to set up and very happy with the bed!
