I have rarely had a worse customer service, shipping and delivery experience. Here is a brief summary of the problems that I had. 1)Delivery date issues/misunderstandings. 2)Being provided repeatedly erroneous information and faulty assistance from multiple customer service representaives with regards to address correction, shipping, and the delivery process. 3) Failure to deliver the item to my door as the description says. Instead, it was left in a common area of my complex that was difficult to get to. With health conditions, I found it difficult to get it out of the common area and up to my apartment. 4) The condition of the box in which the mattress was delivered. The box was in such poor condition when I found it, I had to retape it so that the mattress wouldn't fall out as I attempted to move it out of the common area. Who knows what condition the mattress will be in once I have a chance to fully open it? If you have other options, Don't Do It!

Loving this new mattress
This bed has been absolutely wonderful. The packaging it came in was easy, all we had to do was open the box to let the mattress inflate. Appreciate the easy set up. It has been extremely comfortable, not too soft, yet not too firm and a great addition to our home.

Very comfy!!!
Very good quality mattress. My son says it’s super comfy and he sleeps like a baby. Feels sturdy and looks like it’s made to last. Provides support needed. Definitely a five star mattress like it’s name says.

So convenient!
Awesome bed in a box! We needed an extra bed for our cabin and this bed in a box made it so easy to bring one up there in our regular car. The mattress is high quality and comfortable, and the price is reasonable.

Cloud like cushion!
Packaging was easy to bring in the house, shrink wrapped, ripped the plastic apart and it opened up quickly on the bed frame. Many inches of cushion and support. It is like laying on a cloud! Value is 10/10 worth it. Easy to set up and sleep on!

Best sleep!!! 😴
I received this product for my honest opinion from Influenster. This Sealy bed in a box is COMFORTABLE! I've hot some of the best sleep this past week! It's a little smaller than I thought but extremely comfortable! Great back support!

Nice, firm, foam mattress that expands rapidly on
I was so impressed by how compact this mattress was when it arrived! It's the first time our household has received a matress in the mail. The mattress expanded rapidly once removed from the packaging. It is quite a firm mattress. If you have a nugget couch, it's much more firm than that. I do think it will soften over time. I have no issues sleeping on it though. The only downside, was that the packaging the mattress came in needed more tape to keep it closed. Other than that, it's a great product and we're planning on buying the queen sized version of this mattress!

Super comfortable mattress
I have to say that I was super impressed with this mattress from delivery to set up. You just open the box and cut open the plastic, and the mattress starts to expand. I gave it a couple of days before I tried it out, but both my son and I have slept on it, and it is super comfortable. When I need to replace my youngest sons mattress I will definitely be purchasing a Serta.
