Horrible experience

Do not I repeat do not purchase any sort of furniture from Macy’s. I have had five incorrect mattresses delivered and on the most recent delivery, they delivered me something that I would not have given the dog to lay on! at this point, they’re just simply giving me the runaround making up excuses. It’s this person‘s fault. It’s that person‘s fault. I’m completely over the whole situation but again save yourself the headache unless you’re able to go pick it up and physically see that it is what you purchased. Don’t do it.!!! absolutely the worst service I have ever received.

DO NOT DO IT!!!

I have rarely had a worse customer service, shipping and delivery experience. Here is a brief summary of the problems that I had. 1)Delivery date issues/misunderstandings. 2)Being provided repeatedly erroneous information and faulty assistance from multiple customer service representaives with regards to address correction, shipping, and the delivery process. 3) Failure to deliver the item to my door as the description says. Instead, it was left in a common area of my complex that was difficult to get to. With health conditions, I found it difficult to get it out of the common area and up to my apartment. 4) The condition of the box in which the mattress was delivered. The box was in such poor condition when I found it, I had to retape it so that the mattress wouldn't fall out as I attempted to move it out of the common area. Who knows what condition the mattress will be in once I have a chance to fully open it? If you have other options, Don't Do It!

Loving this new mattress

This bed has been absolutely wonderful. The packaging it came in was easy, all we had to do was open the box to let the mattress inflate. Appreciate the easy set up. It has been extremely comfortable, not too soft, yet not too firm and a great addition to our home.
