Sleeping so great!

Very comfortable mattress! I have slept great on it since the first night of getting it. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a little firm, but comfortable to sleep on mattress.

Not as advertised. Avoid.

Not 14 inches thick nor is it plush.

This mattress has not lasted 1 year

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

Definitely like this bef

Just received my new mattress. So far its wonderful. Its firm and I need that because of my back. The delivery gentlemen were very nice. They set up the bed and adjustable base perfectly and took all the packaging and my old bed with them. Thank you Macys

I was having back pains and they have almost all disappeared. Best mattress I've ever owned. I wake up feeling rested.

ok but not great

after receiving a defective mattress and box spring after the first order, Macy’s did replace it and kind at no extra charge. The second mattress and box spring Carbo seem to be firmer and more supportive but not exactly comfortable. Somehow I thought plush would mean comfortable, but I think plush really means saggy. I probably should have gotten a firm mattress with a comfortable top or found my own topper. On US mattress this is listed as a comfort level five, so it is not exactly plush in their review. I would not order this again without actually trying it in a store, but that’s just my opinion.
