Great!

Bed starting sinking in less than a month after using it. It was replaced 3 times and finally returned.

It's firm the way I expected and pillow top makes soft enough to sleep comfortably.

Just found out this mattress is on recall. Having difficulty getting it replaced. Don't buy it doesn't last a year. I have more neck and back trouble than I had before this mattress. Terrible mattress. I don't recommend Zero stars can't be given. I wish I could, though.

I bought my Serta Perfect Sleeper exactly 1 year ago from Big Lots. The side I sleep on has an indentation of my body. Someone else on a review described this issue as a sinking hole on my side of the mattress. I was so excited to get my new mattress but now after 1 year I have this problem that I shouldn't. I assume I need a new mattress at this point.

We love our new mattress and adjustable base!
