House cleaning made easy

I’m giving this a 4 out of 5 stars because there has been some issues with it not being able to return to dock. The machine works really well in the cleaning aspect of it all. Like it’s pulling stuff out of my carpet that I didn’t even know was there makes me feel so much better seeing everything it pulls out. I have a child with asthma and an allergy to dust mites so having the robot clean while we are not home is amazing! The app is a little weird to be. I wish there was a feature where I can “map” the house and see what rooms it hit especially when I’m not home. But over all the machine works. And it actually cleans . The set up was by far the easiest of ever had to do. And the convenience of the robot is my favorite. What do you mean all I have to do is empty the dirt out. Yes please. Sign me up f.

Too small for 2 people

I needed a size for two people & this one is too small. Nothing wrong with the air fryer

Excellent but better before they changed brush set

I loved this product when I first got it. I was so impressed how it went under the sofa and picked up everything from socks to pencils and pens. I had this for years and then lost the roller some how. I think someone threw it away while I was drying it or baby got it. I had to order a whole new set up because the roller was discontinued and updated which included a wire wrapped around it which stopped it from picking up everything and I hated it. So disappointed they changed what wasn’t broken. The whole point of this was to get the stuff out from under the sofa so I didn’t have to move my sofa evwrytime and vacuum. I got the roomba and it doesn’t even go under furniture or through a sheet hung up in doorway of hallway to keep ac in living room better. I have to pull the sheet to the side while vacuuming which defeats the purpose of putting a sheet up. I want to come back to shark but I may just cut the wire off the brush sections so it will go back to licking up everything. I had my last one for 6 years and gave to my daughter.

Need a replacement

Shark will not charge. Previous model worked for 3 years no problem.

Great for Managing Pet Hair Between Regular Cleans

I purchased this item to help manage the dog hair in my house. I have a Pug mix, and they shed a lot. So far, I'm impressed. Does the Shark ION clean like my upright vacuum? No—but I wouldn’t expect it to. When run on a schedule through the app, the ION helps keep the hair under control. It fits under most of my furniture and lets me welcome drop-in company without worrying about all the “glitter” on my floors. I would highly recommend this as a supplemental cleaning device, not a replacement for a more powerful vacuum.

Returned but not refunded

I returned this there is no dock. It does not work with my current dock. They finally decided to warranty the one that I got about nine months ago. I had been told several times that they weren't gonna do it. And then they finally decided that they would.
