Other occasion to buy:A scam is when they try to sell you a product for another with specific characteristics and measurements and they send you the wrong size and measurements. You insist and they send you the same one to see if you change your mind.

In general the worst service. Customer service is joking with the customers. I called more than 5 times losting my time to try to complain about wrong address, and they did not do anything to fix the problem.
