Poor design

No drain hole for sponge dripping, water builds up and stagnates

Great idea. . . at least 90% of it

This is a nice product, built to the same level of quality as the other offerings from Simple Human. My only problem with it is that the sponge holder does not have drainage holes built into it. My fear is that when a damp or wet sponge is placed in the holder water will accumulate at the bottom of it and eventually develop mold. To combat this I've drilled three holes into the bottom of the cup so that water can drain out instead of accumulate. Otherwise this is a good product.

sensor pump

This dispenses dish soap in variable amounts. I love it because it's hands free. It holds a large amount, too, so it doesn't need to be refilled very often.

The Best

This product is the absolute best. No more dripping water all over the counter while pushing a hand pump when adding soap onto a wet sponge. Now with just a wave of the hand/sponge all of the soap and soapy water stay on the sponge and in the sink. I have gifted the sensor pump to friends and family. All absolutely love the ease and cleanliness of using this sensor pump.
