Top of one of shoes had what appeared to be scratch marks? It looks like it has been previously used and scratched either by wearing them or when being packed?

Sketchers

I purchased these for my husband - size 9.5 (tan color). He was so looking forward to receiving them. What arrived was a size 10 - black - and lace-ups. The order was completely wrong in all aspects! Wrong in size, color, and the actual shoe. So now, I am having to return the item back to Macy's, and reorder the item again. Macy's???? What's up with your order department???
