this "pair" of shoes was two different sizes!

One shoe was a size 9 as ordered, the other was a 10. Such bad quality control. I returned and asked for my credit to be put on my account so I wouldn't have to pay for them and they put the credit on a gift card instead. I guess they wanted to be sure that I would be stuck spending the money with Macy's. Such poor customer service. I want to love Macys as I always used to, but they have sadly gone downhill.

He loves DLux Walker

Got them for a friend who happened to mention he wanted to try them. I was shocked when he called saying how wonderful these Skechers slip on Oxfords are. He loves them. This is a guy who wears the most expensive shoes, some costing thousands of dollars. It blew me away that he was thrilled about the comfort of these casual shoes.
