Just bought my second pair
I manage a ranch, do a lot of walking throughout my workday, on dirt, gravel, grass,through weeds & mud. I'm very particular about my footwear because I have painful feet and over pronate. I wanted a slip on shoe for summer because of the extreme heat here. When I wear athletic shoes with mesh uppers, they get covered in weed seeds & awns. Most canvas sneakers do not give enough support to be comfortable.Skechers Go Walk Impress fit my needs absolutely perfectly! They fit like a glove, snug but not uncomfortable. No need for socks (so no stickers in my socks) and the stickers did not stick or poke through the canvas uppers. These are probably the most comfortable shoes that I've ever worn! The cushioning of the soles were like walking on air, so soft. Since I do over pronate, I would have preferred a bit more cushioning on the front inside edge, but the rest of the soles were very well cushioned. My feet never got sore while wearing these shoes and the support was excellent, so no leg pain or fatigue. They are so light weight, it's almost like being barefoot. My feet tend to get very hot in summer, but being able to wear these without socks prevented that. I did frequently get them wet & muddy. Every day, I would hose them off. I'm sure that these shoes were not designed with ranch work in mind, but they fit my needs very well. My only disappointment was that they only lasted 4 1/2 months. The sole wore through on the ball of the footbed, causing a hole, in one shoe, and the sole separated from the upper at the toe. I bought another pair, anyway. Athletic shoes usually last me a year, so I'm hoping that the second pair lasts a bit longer, because I do love these shoes!

Sizing off
Always wear size 10 except in sketchers! Size 10 too short and size 11 way too long. Need 101/2 but that size isn't offered in any style--why?!?!?!

GOwalk..the best shoes
I have now tried other Sketcher shoes and will only buy and wear the GOwalker shoes. The originals are still the best and new styles are not needed!!

Feel like slippers!
I usually wear slippers whenever I am around the house, and when I was driving to town today, I thought, "I forgot to put on real shoes!" But I had on these Skechers, which just feel so light and comfortable. Been on my feet most of the day, and they still feel good. I have a lot of trouble with my feet and bad arches, so I wear inserts because I need all the support I can get. My only complaint is the sizing. I wear a size 11 anyway, but the 11s I got were rubbing my toe at the end. The 12 fits great, but selection and availability is limited.
