Low quality item

I purchased this item at the start of summer, excited to enjoy outdoor cooking and make memories with my family. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing investment. The fact that it arrives unassembled in a box was the first red flag. Once opened, it became clear that the materials used are subpar and not built to last. The construction feels flimsy and far below the quality one would expect at this price point. Frankly, it’s surprising that Macy’s would offer a product of this caliber. For the cost, there are far better options on the market—grills made with more durable materials and higher craftsmanship. I would strongly recommend exploring those alternatives before considering this one.
