1st and 2nd necklace the same or both defective

Ordered 1st time received, clasp not work. Exchanged for another and I think they sent same one because clasp still broke. Took to jeweler to see if he could fix but he recommended send back because clasp defective and necklace not lay right. Jeweler said manufacturing defect. Love the necklace but have to return it again

Missing stones and dog hair in sealed bag.

Really insulting to mail a $800.00 necklace sealed in a plastic bag with missing stones and dog hair. Insulting. Plastic bag was inside a Macy's case, proving that no one at Macy's cares about fine jewelry.

Lock not work

Love the necklace but it does not lock in place. There is a safety latch but I want the first lock to work. Not sure if I should return or how do I get it replaced.
