Handle Broke

The telescoping handle broke after maybe its tenth use. I’ve tried to troubleshoot fixing it to no avail. Huge bummer because the wheels and zipper held up great.

Very Happy!

We purchased two Hardside Large Spinners for our cruise to Alaska. These were easy to pack, easy to maneuver, and got back home with barely a scratch. Highly recommend!

Okay

I got the white Confetti one and I was really excited about it. I like how it looks but the handle on it is not sturdy enough. It wiggles and seems loose.

Lilac luggage love

I have been waiting until the right luggage set found me before I purchased and this one was it! My favorite color, lilac (plus a bit of a metallic look), it's sturdy and light too! I love it.

Light but roomy

Other occasion to buy:I needed a smaller suitcase because I didn't have one. My sister, daughter and I were going on a week-end trip and they talked about my large suitcase. So, when I saw the smaller one in Macys catalog I order it. I love it!

Handle is flimsy and prone to breaking

Retractable handle completely fell apart in the middle of my trip. While the product description has a 10 year "limited warranty", Macy's apparently only keeps 1 year of records so I was unable to get any support. Don't recommend this product or shopping from Macy's in general.
