Package never delivered!

I’m sure it would’ve been wonderful and soft had the intended recipient actually received it. I have read one too many reviews about Macy’s not delivering and now it’s happened to me! This was a gift for my nephew and his wife; parent’s to be. It shipped separately from 3 other items. How embarrassing! Please refund my money Macy’s!
