Quality

We received the pendant in a box that was falling apart. Very surprising that Macy’s quality has gone down to that level. We also didn’t realize that it did not have a chain. Especially for the price.

Extremely exaggerated in the picture, is very small in reality. Hard to even discern at the end of a chain.
