Big and colorful

Nice sturdy backpack. Big enough to hold all the books and school supplies.

Disappointed

My grand-daughter was excited to get this. But when she saw it didn't come with the lunch box as pictured she no longer wanted the back pack. Of course it was a Last Act item and isn't returnable.

Backpack itself is very well made . Only thing is confusing that lunch box that you see on the picture(it is unclear :with lunch box or without). My order came without lunchbox . So I called customer service and asked to clarify that. She replaced my order , it was very quick , but again backpack came without lunch box. I started looking to buy it separate (thought maybe it sells separate), unfortunately could not find matching lunch box as described on the product description. Overall I satisfied with this product and also customer service .
