Poor Longevity and customer service

I purchased this table 3 years ago as a cool addition to my basement. Initially I was excited for all its features and received multiple compliments on its coolness. Unfortunately the lifespan of the table isnt long. Starting a month ago, the LED display has started to fade rendering the display useless. I contacted Sobro customer support at 800-898-6970 and was told 1) I'm passed the 2 year warranty so there's nothing they can do 2) I cant even purchase the LED display part separately to repair. In the end, a poor customer experience.

I absolutely love it but what if you make it flippable iPad or TV kind on the glass.

Love my Sobro Coffee Table!

We absolutely love this product. Delivery and setup was quick and easy. We have received several compliments on the table and all of its functions. The Bluetooth speakers give great sound quality and the USB ports come in handy. I wish the temperature on the refrigerator went a little lower, but otherwise no complaints. Well worth the money and highly recommended to others.
