Waist runs small

I mostly wear a 10 or 12. I ordered the 12 and the waist is a bit small. The body is fine but definitely waist runs small

I gave two stars just for the material but not the structuring of this pants. It's poorly made, the button was already hanging on a loose thread. I'm returning it.
