It's just fine.

I bought this bed as a queen 7 years ago - my partner and I weigh a combined 370 lbs. The rails that run along the sideboards are not robust, and a couple split off from the rails. I've made several repairs with screws and glue and metal brackets. It's been fine since the last repair a couple years ago.
