Full disclosure in marketing not a priority

The product takes some getting-used-to. But, it works well after gaining comfort. I am disappointed though in the promise that I would receive a free brush refill attachment on purchase only to find out that the offer had EXPIRED once I bought it. Bait-and-switch csuse me to reduce my rating by a FULL STAR.

High quality electric toothbrush for a good price

I've been using Philips Sonic toothbrushes for years, various models, and like them a lot. My previous toothbrush was a 6100. The 4100 works fine and cost less, a good value. It's pink, which is fun. Keeps my teeth in good shape, which is the main point.

Great product

Honestly, I didn't think I'd like this at first. I've never used an electronic toothbrush and it felt very weird at first. The roof of my mouth was so ticklish that I could barely tolerate it on the Inside of my upper teeth. But in time I got used to it and I now love it.

Love the clean, the colour, and the price!

Works very love, love the process point and the colour. I recently switched from the spring rush type electric toothbrush and feel this one is gentler on my gums while doing an amazing job at cleaning.
