Planned obsolescence

Although this product is working fine, in exactly 2 years it will not work properly. I have purchased all models and it will not matter - they all stop functioning well after 2 years. So, why bother to spend more money on the expensive model?? Talk about planned obsolescence! Same on Phillips.

Poor quality

They do a great job cleaning your teeth but we have had to replace it every year because they break. One time they gave us a replacement at no cost but in the past five years we’ve purchased four. We use only the skincare brand toothbrush heads with it. The quality isn’t very good.

Great toothbrush

This is actually a replacement toothbrush. I’ve been using this Sonicare for years and am very pleased with it

Light easy to use toothbrush

This unit is very light and messy to use. I like the fact that the head is small and not large like the previous one. The previous 5100 model was always building up fungus.

I love and trust Sonicare.....Don't like the timing of intervals -while using it- seems less than before when the setting is on "clean"

The 6100 has great features for a reasonable price

I don't think my teeth have ever felt cleaner outside ofhaving them cleaned by a dental professional.
