Good product, this is the second time we bought it

This is our second Philips. The product is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. We preferred the prior toothbrush stand, which held more than one brush (there are two of us) and desanitizes the brushes

no great features, just waste of money

I bought this model during the Black Friday sale last year and it has suddenly started making loud rattling noise with irregular buzzing. It hasn't even reached warranty time and it's already malfunction. Really disappointed by Philips.

Highly efficient

These are great tooth brushes!

I liked it and it did a wonderful job, but stopped working after two years. I replaced it with a 4700 and all is good.
