Too Bass heavy for my taste

I think the headphone provides good audio provided you like more bass. I prefer better midranges where bass does not over power everything else. I did not like the app that is to used with headphones.

It broke after just a few months

Sounds great and was easy to connect but one side of the headphone fell off. Called support and they said it’s not covered by warranty. Really cheap construction and not built to last. Save your money for a manufacturer that stands behind their product.

Long-lasting and durable

I bought two of these over two years ago. One was a backup that I've only recently had to pull out of where I had it in storage. I'm ND and heavily rely on noise-canceling headphones. These were absolutely perfect. I practically lived in them and they held up through cracks, breaks, and even brief water damage. I've had to retire my first pair and am using my backup now, but I will definitely be getting another one once I need it. Highly recommend this product.

Great.Truly noise cancelling

I bought this online while on a visit to London and I am truly delighted with it.It is light weight and truly cancels outside noise.Movie watching is now a pleasure.

Review for WH-CH720N

I was honestly expecting more from a Sony headphone. While the price wasn't high, I have a JBL model in the same price range that sounds significantly better out of the box. I had to tweak the sound with the EQ in the app to get a more balanced and enjoyable experience. Wired usage is especially poor. The sound feels flat and the EQ seems completely off. I was genuinely surprised that Sony would release a product like this, as I’ve always thought of them as one of the top names in audio quality. On the positive side, the headphones are lightweight and fairly comfortable at first. However, after a while they start pressing on the ears, probably because the cushioning isn’t firm enough. Also, the material quality feels a bit cheap and doesn’t live up to the Sony name. Overall, it's not a terrible product but I expected better, especially from Sony.
