Broken

Right out of the box the locking know was broken. Called customer service to get it replaced. Received the replacement know with no instructions on how to fix it.

Owned since 2013

I purchased this stepper in April 2013. Use it for 1 out of 4 workouts every week (stairmaster, ashtanga yoga, barbells/kettlebells/weights, spinning). It is now 2021 and I still use the same stepper for 45-50 minutes every week - without fail - almost 8 years later. It’s not fancy. In fact, it’s kinda ugly. But it sure is the Old Faithful of home workout machines and it will probably live in my home gym long after my Peloton and Olympic bench becomes a hand-me-down to my kids.

Stamina Stepper

Piece was broken when I opened it in the box and been trying to get a hold of the company for weeks now. Nobody’s answering and the one time they called back I was not there to answer it.

My gym closed because of Covid-19
