Terrible

Got a size bigger than I needed and they are still too small. So uncomfortable. Waste of money.

Too small

This is the third time I am returning these foot liners. They are too small. The on-line description reads 9-11 and I keeps getting shoe size 5-10. I wear a shoe size of 9 1/2 wide. Size 5-10 will not fit me. This is the first package I opened because the white label shows SM36047 9-11 BLK 7 31451 04641 5. So what does fit shoe size 5-10 mean? And what does 9-11 on the label mean? This is very confusing!!!! I am returning these back again for a full refund. Note: I have tried to call but there is a long wait time. The last time the wait time was one and a half hours. How do I get clairification on the size? I have limited mobility so it is very difficult going into the store. I do all of my Macys shopping on line. After three times I give up.
