Huge Disappointment

Box came damaged, busted open and poorly taped back together. Do know that assembly required means you will be building this sofa from scratch, including stretching material over back frame. The whole sofa comes in one box. There was a defective screw hole, the back pillows are extremely small and cheap looking, and the “storage unit” cushion does not sit right on it, so I decided to return it. I’m now struggling with the return because all of the cushions are expanded and would not fit in the original box and I would not be able to carry out to my vehicle. I will need at least 4 large boxes. I was told that I could make multiple copies of the one return label. I wish I had the option to upload photos.
