terrible

I purchased chase lounge, from Stream dale-furniture, it was delivered by FED ex to wrong address it was removed from unknown person, opened and damaged, I 've tried to get this resolved thru Macy's and Stream dale-furniture, my emails and calls are being ignored, I'm having surgery and needed this for my, recovery. this really makes me mad, and I'm determined i will get this resolved
