The guy how bring the boxes wasent really help fill he trow the boxes and wasent friendly really disappointed a FedEx !!!

Never received it - unclear why

I ordered this sofa twice and it was cancelled twice without explanation. I called Macy's and the customer service rep could not tell me why. I am thinking it was because I wanted it delivered to Maine, but I am not sure. Never received it.
