not received item and cannot cancel

I ordered this for in-store pickup on August 11. Still not arrived. Was initially to be in store this last Saturday. After 10 minutes of your horrid phone robot blocks when I called, customer service tells me I cannot cancel order. I do not want this now. They tell me I must wait for you to charge me when it is finally delivered and then wait for many days (7-10 days ) for refund if I do not pick up. Your system is vile and your phone robot is not efficient. I will never order from you again. This is a reason your stores are closing.
