Nice pant, but waist way too small

These pants are made well, nice fabric, but the waist is way too small!! I’m 108 lbs & wear a size 2 petite…I ordered an PXS and they fit everywhere except the waist….too tight! I ordered same pant in black and had the same problem. Returned both pairs.
