Comfy shoes just order right size

Shoes are comfy. I ordered half a size up but the top of the boot kept biting at my ankle which is why I took one star away so I returned and ordered another half size up so 1 size in total and the fit is lightly loose but works well with a light sock and seems like its tight when you first put your foot in but its spacious when foot is all the way in and looks great I bought the tan ordered the black now will see how that goes

Quality Control Lacking

Love the style but Macy's quality control is lacking. One shoe has a metal zipper and the other a plastic zipper. The metal zipper would not budge so couldn't try it on. Going back. Do better Macys!
