Undelivered

The online purchase was done on April 19 and I never receive nor have an update about this. I pay in full and it’s been a month but the item was still on the facility when I tracked it. The portal also says it was delivered but I never hand nor see the product. Please deliver the product.

Just Awful

Received "USED" sneakers!! No proper packaging/wrapping of shoes, soles were dirty, side zippers on sneakers were not operational, clearly appeared to be broken in by previous person. I have been a Macy's customer for well over 45 years (been through all the name changes over the years, etc.); it appears that the quality of merchandise has really gone downhill. Overall, very disappointed!!
