Shoe size

I tried on a pair of these in the store in a different color and they fit. So I ordered my color and when they arrived they were way too small. Don’t understand

Stylish and comfortable

Love these sandals. They are super comfortable with suede footbed. Just high enough to be dressy but low enough to walk in all day. I bought them in nude and loved them so much went back for a black pair.

INSPECT SHOES THOROUGHLY

The sandles deserve 5 stars, they are very cute and really comfortable. However, I have recently purchased these sandles twice this year. I purchased these sandals at the Macy's store in Glendale CA, without trying on (I failed to open box and look at the shoes). When I got home, I opened box, and realized the shoes had been previously purchased, and worn, by someone else; as soles were dirty. Returned to Macy's. Second time, I ordered two pairs, online; when I received, I inspected the sandals. The first pair I inspected, were brand new (never worn), the second pair were obviously worn, with extremely dirty soles. There should be a Macy's policy, NOT to restock shoes that have been returned to the store, and obviously worn and dirty - bad policy.

Sandals online

I bought these in a 6.5, ship to store to save costs, and they were very tight and uncomfortable. When I tried to order a size 7 there was no option to reorder ship to store so I returned them.

NOT comfortable if you have high arches

I've now tried 2 different pairs/sizes in this style and they are SO uncomfortable. I know, makes no sense considering all the good reviews. But the reason they're uncomfortable is bc of poor arch support. There's a huge gap between the middle of foot (aka arch) and the heel.

Nice sandal

I bought them in white. Very pretty, easy to put on and off, all elastic. Nice wedge, not too high.
