Gee, it's a man shirt

Ordered this shirt in a size 3XL, as I need a bit more room in the tummy area. I don't understand why cloths manufacturers are all over the board with sizing. They shirt is almost snug in that area, yet I ordered the same size from another store and those are roomy. I still have some shirts that are only an XL but still fit. This is ridiculous. Same thing goes for pants or shorts - sizing is all over the place.
