Good ab wheel

Took a lot of practice to get the form down but once you got it down you'll definitely feel ilt in your abs, shoulders, and back!

You will work!!

This roller is definitely a full body work out. It is something to work at every single day. The discipline you have to have using your core gives you a real workout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, even beginners. Go as far as you can and work your way up from there. You won't regret purchasing

You will feel the burn

This ab roller holds up well. I weigh 180 and it holds my weight. You'll feel the burn in your whole core.
