Ring appears dull in the black background. Silver is also dull as well .Okay for a daily wear

Horrible! Jewelry comes damaged by Macy's!

I've ordered this same ring 2 times already and both times it's come back damaged! I'm sending it back and will never order jewelry from Macy's ever again!!! RIDICULOUS!!!
