Size and shape changed

I ordered this set to replace the two dinner plates that have broken from the set I bought in 2022. It is the exact same brand and pattern. When they arrived I noticed something was off with the plates. They were smaller and less square than the ones I own. I am torn between returning them or keeping them. The size difference is noticeable enough that it will bug me. Normally I would recommend this, but am unsure. It is a good set and I really like them which is why I reordered them, but the fact that they changed the size and shape bothers.

Beautiful Dinner Set

I ordered this dinner set to gift someone. It is value for money when you buy it on sale. It is beautiful and elegant. I didn't like that it comes in a simple brown box with nothing written on it. They should improve their packaging and make it presentable. I was disappointed to see its packaging because I purchased it for giving gift to someone.

Elama Bishop

I love these dishes. Bright white and pretty. They are the Elama Bishop. Clean up great in the dishwasher. I also like that the plates are a little smaller than standard dinner plates.

Set of dishes

I bought this two set of dishes it’s beautiful set .. the only problem is i noticed one of the plate and small plate have chips … I can’t return it coz I already trow the original boxes … I wonder if you can send me one to replace it please… thank you so much I really appreciate it appreciate it!!!

poor quality control and packing

apparently I can't attach pictures. But this set of dishes was specifically requested for a housewarming gift. They did not have them in store so I placed the order online. I take partial blame because I didn't bust the box open and check it. The box was tightly taped when I picked it up. The return windows has passed and they have just moved in and we're unpacking. The dishes and print are beautiful but all 4 mugs are blank. I am currently trying to find out if I can purchase the coffee mugs separately because I feel so bad for not unpacking everything and repacking it before I dropped it off. I won't be ordering anything else online for anything I can't check first. I should have known.
