Merchandise received damaged. Customer services which offered no assistance. I had to dragged the luggage to Macy customer services counter. I was send to 3 different counters before a very nice counter assistance helped. I was very annoyed with the merchandise which I had to choice but to do an even exchange due to needing the luggage for travel within days. Toll free customer service was terrible along with having to play musical chair at the store counter. Disappointed!!!

it looks very pretty and it's not heavy at all, easy to carry or move. but with one one travel it got destroyed. I so disappointed

I a.m still waiting on my luggage it was supposed to arrive on the 8th ive checed my camera and nothing came please resond to me because its paid for.
Broke
I used the suitcase once and the wheels fell off. Definitely was disappointed in this!

A fantastic sales associate!
The sale was fortuitous and just what I needed; a three piece set. However, it was the sales person who made it fabulous… Judy later assisted by Anna saved the day. I’d come downstairs as no sales associate was to be found on the floor upstairs. In addition, the DIRECTORY was incorrect and we’d spent time looking on the ground floor where the sign by the elevator said we’d find luggage. Then, after waiting in line, with the two registers going offline and a glitch in my application for a credit card, the price tag wasn’t on the piece…the person called upstairs promised to be right there three times. Finally, Anna arrived and was helpful in finding the price. JUDY though was so kind and patient or I would have left…
