Bought this luggage in 2023 and never got a chance to use it. Just took a trip and pulled it out excited for the new luggage. Needless to say both roller cases did not make the trip. The wheels broke on the trip there. Not built well and even as bad as the airlines are they should have at least completed one trip! Don’t buy!!!!

Luggage Set broke after 1st trip

We had this purchased for our wedding registry. Should have looked at the reviews before... or maybe they were not there yet, but our luggage broke after the first trip we took them on. On wheel snapped off with the case, and the other has a wheel that became compressed and distorted. Contacted the company because they said there was a warranty... but not for after use... makes no sense.

Worst suitcase ever

I’ve used it twice and both handles have ripped off, wheels don’t work at all. Complete waste of money

Used it twice and the wheel came off

Do not ever buy a TAG luggage. I bought it last year 2023 use it twice and on my second trip the luggage came off of the baggage claim missing a wheel. I’m highly disappointed and I really think I should get my money back.

I strongly advise against buying the TAG luggage set. I purchased it in April and only used it twice by July before the wheel cracked. It's definitely a waste of money.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

My boyfriend bought me the three-piece set for my birthday because he had said there were good reviews but apparently since then the reviews match up with the experience, I had literally the same thing and all of the pictures were the wheel, and they handle broke after my third use really is just a crappy made suitcase. Please save your money.
