FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

I ordered this set on Black Friday. The staus says that it has shipped, however I have not received it. When I called and asked for a supervisor, the representative did not cooperate. It appears that the set is no longer available anywhere. This is disappointing and the customer service is horrible!! This item was falsely advertised!
