arrives with an unwelcome add-on

Received the sports coat and upon unpacking was unpleasantly surprised to find the anti-theft plastic clip-on clinging to the jacket like a malicious leech. Prepare to have to make a trip to your local Macy’s (tough luck if you don’t have one) store. Perhaps this is Macy’s way of boosting foot traffic to its stores. If so, they might be on to something. The jacket itself will do. Let’s hope I can convince someone at the store to remove the plastic device. Their customer service and alacrity would have to exceed their online cousins. But,luckily for them, Macys has set the bar lower than low….

Bad Shipping Condition!

I like the sport coat very much, but had to reorder for the correct sizing. The average rating of stars are for the poor shipping condition in which I received the item. It was simply folded up and placed in a small packing bag. I had to go to my local store to get a proper coat hanger. When you send a nice sport jacket in that way, it makes it appear cheap, and your sale price was not that cheap. Disapppointed.

Let Down by Lavender

I loved the color of this sport coat when I saw it online so I ordered. When I received, I was let down by the fabric because it has all these white flecks splattered all over, almost appearing as if it were splattered with bleach. You could not tell that from the online photos unless you really zoomed in on the fabric. So disappointed, I returned the jacket to my local Macy's and found something else.

I was excited to purchase and receive this coat, unfortunately the coat was shipped to me by stuffing it into a small bag. It arrived unrecognizable. The coat was so badly wrinkled when I received it that it had to be returned. I hope you have a better experience.
