Length and thickening!

This primer is great because it thickens and lengthens my lashes to give my mascara a great base to attach to. ALSO I love that it isn’t waterproof so when I take it off at night I don’t have to rub to hard under my eyes yet it doesn’t flake during the day ! Best yet…

Lashes will appear longer and fuller!

This is the best lash primer! I use this religiously every day. I definitely notice that my lashes appear longer and fuller. I have repurchased this multiple times. (In my initial hunt to find a lash primer, I tried less expensive brands, but they don’t hold a candle to Tarte!)
